Writers from the earliest times have thematized the conflict between good and evil, understood, of course, in religious terms. In the Old Testament, Yahweh asks the prophetJeremiah: “The heart is devious above all else; it is perverse—who can understand it?” (Jeremiah 17:9, NRSV). Compare also the Book of Job.

In addition to explicating classical myth and stories to reveal a hidden conflict between good and evil in them, they wrote into their own texts different versions of the conflict. The basic forms may be described as the apocalyptic, in which the writer describes real, social events (whether historical or imagined) as manifestations of the eternal conflict between God and Satan, good and evil — a struggle that, if controlled in the end by God’s omnipotence, was nevertheless of deep importance for humans. In a different way, Christian writers could focus on the internal struggle to find or maintain belief. This literature is exemplified by the Psychomachia of Prudentius, whose title continues to signify great psychological turmoil, and supremely by Augustine of Hippo’s Confessions, the model for countless later psychological biographies. Special mention might also be made of the Consolation of Philosophy of Boethius, a work that combines Platonic, Christian, and Stoic thought on the nature of suffering.

~*We all need a day off to relax*~

In the last months a lot happened in my SL and RL. Not all of them were good things. It took a lot energy from me to get over all this and also it included to let people I called friends go and had to leave to take more care of myself without getting hurt again. Trust is something what I share very rarely and it is hard to get it from me what I know but it is also not impossible to get it and if you have it, my trust is very deep and faithful.

I visited a hospital to check if I have a unhealthy sickness and if not what is wrong with me. Luckily it is not what was suspected but also something unhealthy but I can live with. So woohoo!

Also I could manage to get over a bad eyeinfection and a flu out of it what knocked me nearly a month down. This time let me think a lot about my family and me and I could talk about some situations with them I couldn´t in the last 28 years. It is interesting how fast things can change if you start to see it with a different view, a new view. And I am happy I did.

I feel more free now and it raised a rock of my selfconfidence. It took a lot of energy but time will help me and others to walk step for step more forward to reach once the peace and freedom we all want to have in our life. In that I believe!

After I shaked up some old wounds and a time more offline then online to raise back my energy I asked my friend Annough Lykin to help me with a picture as I felt alone on it and thought its a great chance to have our first picture together as models. To realize this picture was harder then I thought because the sim we were vsiting was so laggy in some cases and my PC so slow (which is the mainissue) that I propably crashed 4 times to get one shot. But finally it worked! Yay!
